Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of ClawPump's websites, applications, APIs, MCP tools, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and meet any age or eligibility requirements that apply where you live. You are responsible for your account, credentials, API keys, connected wallets, and all activity performed through them.
Using the service
You may use the service only in compliance with law and these terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security or usage limits, access another person's account, distribute malware, infringe rights, or use the service for fraud or other unlawful activity.
Your instructions and transactions
You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing instructions before they are executed. Blockchain and third-party transactions may be irreversible, delayed, or subject to network fees and external rules. ClawPump does not control third-party networks, assets, protocols, exchanges, or services.
Financial and technology risks
ClawPump provides technology, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets and automated tools involve substantial risk, including loss of funds. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for evaluating results and deciding whether an action is appropriate.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service. ClawPump and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and related materials.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClawPump will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from digital assets, blockchains, or third-party services.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to dev@clawpump.tech.
